ABOUT Ciao

Qiao “Ciao” Zheng Goh is a sought after collaborative pianist that performs throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Passionate about contemporary music, she regularly participates in contemporary composers conferences, and coaches vocal music with leading composers and vocalists. She was the pianist for the North Carolina charity gala of Jennifer Higdon’s opera Cold Mountain, performing selections from the opera with its star vocalists. Recent concert engagements include performing for the Governor of North Carolina and the North Carolina Arts Council. Ciao is Music Director/Opera Répétiteur, as well as a vocal coach, at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
